Deliveries & Returns

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the buyer has indicated in the course of the process of placing the order. All our deliveries are notified to the buyer via email and will be carried out through the means of the carrier.

Precautions at the time of delivery

If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quality with respect to those indicated in the e-mail dispatch of the order, the buyer may proceed to return the products.

Returns

From the time you receive your artwork, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the work in its original condition for a refund. Please make sure to keep all packaging and materials that came with the original artwork. We require that works be returned within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work does not interest you.

That is, if you receive the artwork you purchased from www.antoniojuradoescultor.com and are not completely convinced of the purchase, you have fourteen (14) days to notify us that you wish to return the artwork and then, if you wish to return it, you will have (3) three days from the day you contacted us to return the artwork via a tracking carrier and provide us with a tracking number for the shipment. If you DO NOT notify us of your intention to return the work within 14 days of receipt or do not send the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have already pulled the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing the packaging materials to ship the artwork in a secure transport to the artwork. artist. www.antoniojuradoescultor.com is not responsible for undelivered returns. Once the piece safely reaches the artist or gallery, we will process your return and the amount owed will be returned to its original form of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (less shipping and international duties, if any) within 7-10 business days of your return.
