The General Conditions of Sale and Use of the company described below, define the rights and obligations of buyer and seller. The accomplishment of any purchase supposes the acceptance of these conditions of use.

2.- How to place an order

By clicking on the button “Validate and pay” during the process of placing an order, the buyer declares to accept fully and without reservation the totality of these General Conditions of Sale.

3.- Prices

The prices of our products are indicated with taxes included (VAT), including also the costs of preparation and shipping.

The prices for transport abroad only include the countries of the European Union. For all other countries please contact info@antoniojuradoescultor.com

Any customs or tariff costs shall be borne by the buyer.

4.- Payment

The payment of purchases is made by bank transfer, payment card or PayPal. The accepted payment cards are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. The term of debit will depend on the rules applied to your form of payment (immediate debit, deferred, etc.). In case of payment by PayPal, the amount of purchases will be debited from the PayPal account immediately. In the event of a bank rejection, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer will be informed by sending an e-mail.

5.- Delivery

Methods and place of delivery

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the buyer has indicated in the course of the process of placing the order.
All our deliveries are notified to the buyer via email and will be carried out through the means of the carrier.

Delivery time

Spain (Peninsula): 1-2 days.
Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla): 2-3 days. Countries of the European Union: 2-5 days.

Precautions to take into account at the time of delivery

It is up to the addressee to check the consignments on their arrival, to express his observations and to present all the claims which he considers justified, he can even reject the package, if the latter is likely to have been opened or if he shows clear signs of deterioration. TAXES

VAT (Value Added Tax) In the case of sales within Spain and Europe will be included in the price. For purchases outside the E.U. must be confirmed depending on customs fees.

RETURNS POLICY

From the time you receive your artwork, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the work in its original condition for a refund. Please make sure to keep all packaging and materials that came with the original artwork. We require that works be returned within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work does not interest you.

That is, if you receive the artwork you purchased from www.antoniojuradoescultor.com and are not completely convinced of the purchase, you have fourteen (14) days to notify us that you wish to return the artwork and then, if you wish to return it, you will have (3) three days from the day you contacted us to return the artwork via a tracking carrier and provide us with a tracking number for the shipment. If you DO NOT notify us of your intention to return the work within 14 days of receipt or do not send the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have already pulled the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing the packaging materials to ship the artwork in a secure transport to the artwork.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist or gallery, we will process your return and the amount owed will be returned to its original form of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (less shipping and international duties, if any) within 7-10 business days of your return.

The works that have already been sold continue to appear on our website as “Out of stock”. The customer can always order a new replica of the work by email info@antoniojuradoescultor.com. In this case, we will contact the client to communicate availability and delivery date.
